He was predeceased by: his wives, Betty Cline (Gomph) and Viola Maxine Cline (Knaub); his parents, Lloyd Cline and Evelyn Mae Cline (Crone); his brother William Cline; and his stepson Steve Landis.
He is survived by: his son Charles R. "Bob" Cline, Jr. (Connie) of York, PA; his stepchildren, William E. Landis of Danbury, CT and Tracie Zell of San Diego, CA; his stepdaughter-in-law Nancy Landis Gardner of McSherrystown, PA; his grandchildren, Chris Cline (Jen) of Fairmont, WV, Bonnie Stone (George) of York, PA and Brian Cline (Jen) of Willow Street, PA; and his sister-in-law Beverly Cline of Dover, PA. He is also survived by two step grandchildren, six great grandchildren, a great great granddaughter, a great great grandson.
