He is survived by: his son Davyn; his parents, Gary Millard and Judi Millard; and his siblings, Ryan Millard (Amie), Misty Susavage (Frank), Adam Millard (Ashley), Rachel Millard (Eric Lewis), Jillian Millard and Alexandrea Millard (Cameron Perrington). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
