He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Bailey and Ruth Buck Bailey; his brothers, Donald and Paul; and his nieces and nephews, Glenn and Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his sons, Mark (Terri) and Gary; and his siblings, Roger, Lynn Bailey (Joyce), Carolyn Bock and Mary Hall. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
