She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Carla Phillips, Yvonne Novick (John Doleno), Robert Polaski (Judy) and Timothy Polaski; her great-nephew Jeremy Phillips (Cecilia); and also, Jonah Casimar Phillips and Jonah.
