He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil J. Klebine and Helen Kozelnicky Klebine. He is survived by: his sisters, Priscilla DeLancey (David) of New Kensington, Susan Godfrey (Alan) of Lower Burrell and Barbara Loughner of New Kensington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family suggests donations made in his name to the American Heart Association.
