She was predeceased by: her father Domenic Puglisi; and her brothers, Samuel and Michael Puglisi. She is survived by: her children, Mark Hadley (Laura) of Carnegie, Chris Hadley (Linda) and Tina Hadley (Gregg Soergel) of Mars; her siblings, Philip Puglisi of Washington and Grace Puglisi of Arnold; her grandchildren, Kristin Fonzi (Tony), Jennifer Muto (Joe) and Nicholas Hadley; her stepgrandchildren, Nicole Moore, Gema Kun, Alan Wills (Carole Pagane) and Jessie Hall (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Maxwell and Sophia. She is also survived by nine step-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Mt. St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 100 Freeport Road, New Kensington, PA 15068.
