He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Caputo. He is survived by: his mother Mary Caputo (Joseph) of New Kensington; his wife Maureen Caputo (Nee); his son Michael (Isolde Chae-Lawrence); and his stepson Daniel DeChurch (Autumn). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
