He was predeceased by: his father Polda Labay; and his wife Norma Jane Smith Labay. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Labay, Cheryl Zamule (Bob) and Michele Binder (Tom); his son-in-law Jack Rearick; his grandson Michael Rearick (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Hayley, Ava and Emma Rearick.
