He is survived by: his sister Lazarita Maldonado; his wife Gladys Vargas Maldonado; and his children, Virginia Maldonado Rosario, Osiris Anthony Maldonado, Robert Maldonado, Antonio Sean Maldonado, Abigail Maldonado and Amanda Maldonado. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
