She was predeceased by: her father John H. Mohl; her husband Clyde Forry; her stepson Lee Forry; and her siblings, Arnold Mohl and Helena McEwen.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Deborah Dunn; her daughter Cathy Ann Durkaj; and her siblings, John Mohl, Clyde "Butch" Mohl, Marlene Schlimme and Dawn "Cookie" Onushko. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
