He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cislak and Louise Cislak (Podesta); and his brother-in-law Archie Caseber. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark "Flugs" Cislak of New Eagle, Vince Cislak (Carla) of Monessen, Richard Cislak of Alabama, David Cislak of Viginia, Donald Cislak (Cherie Colucci) of Finleyville, Pamela Moreschi (Alex) of Ohio, Sandra Butler (Dennis) of Monongahela, Barbara Gibson of Virginia and Blanche Caseber of New Eagle; his close friend Shawn Coulter; and his pet Duke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, the family simply wants everyone to get vaccinated.
