He was predeceased by: his parents, George Holben and Emma Kostick Holben. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie (Daniel Fine) of New Eagle; his grandchildren, Ryan Fine and Amber (Collin Maxwell); his great grandchildren, Alaina and Addison Maxwell; his sister Delores Mattes of Pittsburgh; his nephew Lance (Judy Mattes); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley, Michael Onesko and Louie Wall; his niece Brandie Miller; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jesse and Becca; and his niece Aimee McCloy.
Dallas Lodge 231 will conduct services Monday evening at 7:30 PM in the funeral home. Guests are asked to please wear masks and obey social distancing guidelines in the funeral home in order to be in compliant with COVID-19 restrictions.
