She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Fynes and Gertrude Fynes (Cater); her husband Thomas E. Baxter Jr.; her son Thomas E. Baxter III; and her siblings, Howard Fynes, Harriet Marek and Esther Huffsticker.
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Shurgott (Keith Haynes) of New Eagle; her daughter-in-law Carol Baxter of Monongahela; her grandchildren, Stephanie Wineland (Roger) of Monongahela, Jennifer Scalzo (Vincent) of Bethel Park, Thomas Baxter IV (Steve Varabkanich) of Monongahela, Samuel Shurgott (Trish Lyons) of Wildwood, NJ, Nicholas Shurgott (Kristin) of New Stanton, Stephen Shurgott (Nicole) of McMurray and Keith Haynes II (Becky Moody) of Monongahela; and her great grandchildren, Rhiannon Wineland, Logan, Maddox, Savannah, Brooklyn, Jaxson Shurgott, Thomas, Joseph and Vincent Scalzo.
