He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Edmiston and Josephine Edmiston (Bulisco); and his sister Rosemary Albert. He is survived by: his spouse Leslie J. Edmiston (Shoaff); his children, Leah R. Rubenstein of Ambridge, PA, Robin E. Rubenstein of New Castle, Alex M. Rubenstein (Gabbi) of Pittsburgh, PA and Josea A. Rubenstein of Baden, PA; his stepson Sean Carcaise of Butler, PA; his grandchildren, Ava Rubenstein, Faye Michaux, David Carcaise and Kai'ro Williams; and his sister Birdie Gilson (Rodney) of New Castle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or UPMC Hilman Cancer Center.
