It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Carroll Eddy of New Castle, Pennsylvania, born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. and Mary E. Eddy (Crawford); his former wife Karen Eddy (Marshall); and his siblings, Thomas Eddy, Jr. and Karen Spragg.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Eddy (Snyder); his children, Delandra Navarro, Tammy Eddy (Craig Hitchens), Tonya LeMasters (Ed Manley), Nadine Wilson (Jim), Kyree Antonio (Pat), Maureen Chandler (Mark), Melissa Smith (Michael), Brita Ryan (Jeramy), Courtney Pauline (Daniel) and Dr. Chad Snyder (Megan Tennant); and his adoptive daughters, Ali Jo Coates and Destinee Coates. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to the New Castle Area Honor Guard at 134 N. Jefferson St., New Castle, PA 16101.
