She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Moore and Mary Moore (Barris); her son James R. Hooks; and her brothers, Kenny McCandless and Willard Moore.
She is survived by: her husband James W. Hooks; and her sons, Scott E. Hooks (Dawn) of New Castle, Richard A. Hooks of New Castle and Shaun L. Hooks of Sandy Lake, PA. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren.
