She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Williams and Sarah Williams (McClimans); her close friend John C. Murphy; and her siblings, Clayton'Sonny'Williams, James Williams and Sandy Zook.

She is survived by: her son Christopher L. Todd of New Castle; and her siblings, Bobby Williams, Cliff Williams, Margaret'Peggy'Rickert and Billie Jo Williams. She is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
