She is survived by: her children, Frank J. Cook, Jr. (Leah) of Brenham, TX, Terry L. DiNardo (Rick) of New Castle, Linda M. Cook of New Castle, Mary Lou Cook of New Castle and Judy A. Onestak (Tom) of Pulaski, PA; and her sister Margaret "Peg" Micco (Patsy) of New Castle. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
