He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Bucker and Marie DeBeck Bucker; his wife Josephine Guerrera; his daughters, Carolyn Stockman and Phyllis Ango; and his siblings, Robert Bucker and Carol Sanders.

He is survived by: his children, Charles Bucker, Jr. (Vickie), Carl Bucker (Renee) and Jo Anne Bucker; and his sister Mary Ann Costello. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
