Gates (Krause); his son Alex M. Gates of New Castle; his stepchildren, Emily Herman of State College, PA, Christian Lewis of Pulaski, Sarah Lewis of Pulaski and Cameron Lewis of Pulaski; and his siblings, Mark Gates of Hillsville and Jodie Harlan of Hillsville.
