Virginia Hardy Obituary

Virginia Belle Hardy, age 80 We regretfully announce the passing of Virginia "Ginger" Belle Hardy, of New Brighton, Pa. on September 29, 2021. Virginia was at home surrounded by family and passed away peacefully. Born January 27, 1941 in Fallston, Pa, the daughter of Albert Wade Coffey and Daisy Leota (Hall) Coffey. She is survived by her husband William J. Hardy of New Brighton, Pa.

Virginia was predeceased by her brothers Samuel, Albert "Kiff", James, David, and sisters Wilma and Mary. Virginia was a retired inspector at Armstrong World Industries, Beaver Falls, Pa. and an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan. She was a proud American patriot and an adamant supporter of her family's military service spanning three generations from WWII to today.

Virginia was the loving and dedicated mother of five children: Robert Haney of Rochester, Pa; Daniel Libert of New Brighton, Pa; David "Davo" (& Angelic) Libert of Fountain Hills, Az; Dulcey Liberty of New Brighton, Pa; Doug Libert who preceded her in death; nine grandchildren: Andre', Kayla, Brandon, David, Codi Jo, Howard, Christina, Michelina, and Gabriella; and 10 great grandchildren.

Virginia requested no services be held. Arrangements by the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, New Brighton.
