He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Raymond and Jennie Ruth McMillen (Hamm); his sister Ramona Jean Huffman; and his son-in-law Douglas "Tut" Toth. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. McMillen (Gathers); his children, Rhonda McMillen-Toth of Fairmount City and Robert Todd McMillen (Patricia) of Jeannette; and his grandchildren, Morgan Toth, Scott Toth, Tyler McMillen and Grace McMillen.
