He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Hetrick, Sr. and Della Bain Hetrick; his wife Dorothy Jeanne Brown; his son James Edward "Jimmy" Hetrick; and his sisters, Eva Mohney, Leah Moore, Hilda Wolfe, Martha Jane Wright, Helen Hetrick and Ruth Hetrick.
He is survived by: his brother Chuck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
