She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell W. Roberts and Ella B. Roberts (Davis); her son Rodney Welker; and her sisters, Edna Workman and Carrie J. Fleming.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Welker; and her daughter Cynthia Welker of Neshannock Township. She is also survived by four nieces.
