It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Withers of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Withers and Ellen Withers (Altman); his daughter Brenda Lutz; and his siblings, David "Pud" Withers, Joseph "Jiggs" Withers and Ellen Furlong.
He is survived by: his wife Daisy Withers (Root); his children, Robin Bretz of Erie, PA, Shawna Bretz of New Castle, PA, Jessica Bretz of Georgia and Richard L. Bretz of Erie, PA; his grandson Aaron Bretz; and his great grandchildren, Estella, Oliver, Eliajh, Madeline and Samuel.
All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC guidelines regarding wearing face masks and social distancing.
