It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettie Patricia Rugh of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in Lynch, Kentucky, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy L. Thomas and Pearl Thomas (Hurst). She is survived by: her husband James A. Rugh, Jr. of New Castle; her children, Linda Rugh Hoffman of Reston, Leslie Rugh Hazimanolis of Pittsburgh and James T. Rugh (Jodi) of Neshannock Township; her nieces and nephews, Rebecca Smith (Kirk) and Jed Marquis (Cathy); her grandchildren, Lauren, Gretchen Hoffman Thompson (Robert), Jason Hazimanolis, James T. Rugh, Jr. (Leslie), Alexander and Jeremy Rugh; and her great grandchildren, Marabel and Vaughn Thompson.
