He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Fillmore and Margaret Fillmore (Birchard); and his former wife Francine Fillmore (Lagana). He is survived by: his children, Christopher H. Fillmore of Saylorsburg and Danielle Fillmore of Florida; his sister Ann Fillmore of Portland; and his nephews, Dan Seger of Portland Oregon and Ken Lauridsen of Portland Oregon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Caron Foundation, an organization that David supported, in care of the Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home 211 East Center Street, Nazareth, PA 18064.
