He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Shoop and Erma Shoop (Morrow). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Shoop (Martini); and his siblings, Arley Shoop (Boc) of Pflugerville, Texas and Jeannie Flynn (Robert) of Hudson, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
