He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Mowrer and Helen Mowrer (Moyer); and his grandson Nathan Mowrer. He is survived by: his children, Martin Mowrer of West Chester, James, Patricia Mowrer (Covatta) of Pottstown, Sandra, Brad Hershey of Mifflintown, Jeffrey and Tina Mowrer (Weiss) of Perkiomenville.
