He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Bogart and Margery Bogart (Montgomery); and his sister Cynthia Bogart. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bogart of Muncy; his children, Trina of Hughesville, Nikki Williams (Al) of Hughesville, William Bogart Jr. (Mandy) of Williamsport, Jessica Artley (Sean) of Boyertown and Joseph Artley of Muncy; his sister Lynn Musser (Edward) of Benton; and his nephews, Thomas and Calvin Musser. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
