He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Mingle and Dorothy B. Mingle (Confer); his son Timothy S. Mingle; and his siblings, Robert Mingle, Linda Coffin, Ginny Richards, Faye Boyles, Betty Dommel and Patty Shuck.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy G. McCollum; his sons, Wayne W. Mingle, Jr. (Barbara) of Branford, CT and Charles R. "Rusty" Mingle (Jane) of Milton; his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Charlie, Bridget, Amber, Andrea and Tim; and his siblings, Fred Mingle (Lucille) of Hughesville, Gary Mingle (Ruthann) of Muncy, Ron Mingle (Stephanie) of Muncy, Jean Curry, Joyce Vargo of Muncy and Donna Wehler (Bruce). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
