He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Dotts and Florence M. Baumer (Dietrick). He is survived by: his children, Janice L. Rahr (William) of Wellsville, OH, Christy K. Broscious (Greg) of Williamsport and Lisa J. Carr (Craig) of Jersey Shore; his stepchildren, Lisa Ann Mextorf (James), Mona "Michi" Rundio of Williamsport and Richard Lewis (Laurie) of New Jersey; and his sister Nancy Esposito of Williamsport. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
