She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Dugan and Betty Dugan (Michael). She is survived by: her children, Seth Bitler of Muncy and Devan; her son-in-law Brian Hensler of Jersey Shore; her brother James; her sister-in-law Diane Dugan of Canada; her sisters, Diane Dugan of Harrisburg, Mary (Wayne Ettinger), Loretta (Walter VanNuys) and Julie (Harold Miller); and her grandchildren, Chase, Dylan Hensler and Colton Bitler.
