She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Shaner and Mildred I. Shaner (Summers); her husband Carl M. Smith, Sr.; and her siblings, Esther Tuttle, Carlene Hall, Leona Shaner, Audrey Robbins, Albert and Wilbur Shaner, Sr..
She is survived by: her son Carl M. Smith, Jr. of Muncy; and her siblings, Mabel Poust of Hughesville, Evelyn Partridge of Sanford, FL, Nancy Eveland of Big Rapids, MI and Harley Shaner of Millville.
