He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Deeter and Edna Deeter. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn L. Carl; his children, Richard E. Deeter, Jr. (Deb) and Barbara A. Ikeler (Bob Kegle) of Muncy; his brother Paul E. Deeter of White Deer; and his close friend Tony Reynolds. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 12 step-great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
