She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul C. Taylor and Ruth E. Taylor (Ellis); her husband Kenneth E. Bartlow; her children, Dr. William P. Bartlow (Luann) of Muncy and Pam L. Toseki (Brian) of Muncy; her sister Penny L. Bussom of Picture Rocks; her grandchildren, Dr. Andrew Bartlow (Allison), Dr. Christopher Bartlow (Julie), Kelsea Haibach (Rick) and Kendra Toseki; and her great grandchildren, Norah Haibach and Blake Bartlow.
