He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton L. Jr. Kibby and Caroline C. Kibby (Erdman); and his sister Linda Kibby. He is survived by: his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Cheryl Ann Kibby of Muncy; his nephews, Nathan Kibby (Cindy) and Tyler Kibby; his niece Rian Kibby; and his great-nieces, Samantha and Alexandria Kibby.
