He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence M. Hall and Mary A. Hall (Worthington); and his brother Melvin Hall. He is survived by: his wife Martha Carley; his daughter-in-law Lynn Hall of Massachusetts; his daughter Leeanna; his son-in-law Timothy Snell of Muncy; his sister Donna; his brother-in-law Orrie Brown of Cogan Station; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Elizabeth and Sara Snell.
