He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Scott and Estella "Irene" Hose (Whipple); and his sisters, Jean Williams and Betty McGowan. He is survived by: his spouse Pretta J. Kreamer; his children, Charlene Fonash (Stephen Deviney), Cindy Hose (Doug Gross), Cathy (Rick McCormick) and Bill (Teri Hose); his siblings, Chuck Hose of Michigan, Roger Hose of Michigan, Scott Hose of Michigan and Ruth Fent of Michigan; his grandchildren, Ryan Fonash (Nick Punch), Kevin Fonash, Andrew Fonash, Heath McCormick (Kaitlin Lyman), Lindsay March (Dustin), Matt Hose (Stephanie Walsh) and Jen Hose (P. J. Murphy); and his great grandchildren, Kiley, Kaden March, Bennett McCormick and Amalia Hose.
