He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Hoffman, Sr. and Nancy Hoffman (Zarr); and his brother Stephen Hoffman. He is survived by: his sister Traci; his brother-in-law Marc Lowe of Muncy; his niece Ashlee Lowe; and his pet Lizzy.
