It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold E. Lowe of Muncy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond W. Lowe and Laura Aldine Lowe (Ryder); his wife Gail M. Miller; and his brother Jesse Lowe. He is survived by: his sons, Michael E. Lowe of Muncy and Mathew E. Lowe (Dusti) of Muncy; his brother Gary R. Lowe of Mechanicsburg; and his grandchildren, Amanda Lowe, Hannah Lowe and Jackson Lowe.
