She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Amsrud and Mary Jane Amsrud; and her husband Michael J. Hayes. She is survived by: her son Gregory; her daughter-in-law Kerry Hayes of Doylestown; her daughter Gretchen Hayes-Donohue; her son-in-law Thomas Donohue of Williamsport; and her grandsons, David and Adam.

The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions in Gail's name be made to the Church of the Resurrection, 75 Musser Lane, Muncy, PA 17756.
