He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foust and Lula Foust (Confer); his wife Mildred L. "Millie" Drumm; and his sisters, Ruth Hoffman and Grace Speary.
He is survived by: his son Dr. Donald; his daughter-in-law Candace Foust of Glenville, NY; his daughter Connie; his son-in-law Joaquin Heard of Boyce, VA; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Halley Heard and Andrew Foust; and his great grandchildren, Ava Heard, Thomas and Tyson Heard.
