He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Peter Jr. and Phyllis Elaine Bertin (Pegg); his son Kyle D. Bertin of Harrisburg; his sister Donna; his brother-in-law Ricky Campbell of Montoursville; and his pet Tilly.
