She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Meehan and Catherine T. Meehan (Saurman) of Muncy; and her husband Stephen C. "Artie" Decarlo. She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Meehan of Muncy and Bridget; her brother-in-law Steven Marinelli of Philadelphia; her nephew Shawn Phelan; and her niece Deonna Cantwell of Philadelphia.
