He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony G. Sr. Rizzo and Mary Rizzo (Choido); his wife Arlene D. Kandarczyk; his siblings, Sandy Rizzo and Angeline Rizzo; and his son-in-law Stephen Ellis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donnamarie Ellis of Muncy and Terry Abernatha (Ken) of Williamsport; his sister Rose Rizzo of Kelayres; his grandchildren, Toni-Marie Gosizk (John) and Brittany Ellis; his great grandchild Laura Gosizk; and his stepgrandchildren, Stephen, Jenny, Andrew, Krista and Addison.
