She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald J. Burgett and Elizabeth L. Burgett (Rife); and her siblings, Edward Burgett, Donallee Brown and Dawn Feigles.
She is survived by: her husband Rex Lee Smith; her daughters, Susan Klein (Bill) of Muncy and Joanne Trifoso (John) of Novato, CA; her brothers, Leon and David Burgett of Muncy; her grandchildren, Kit Klein (Taliur), Katurah Eckstein (Stephen) and Cece Trifoso; and her great grandchild Maverick Klein.
