He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Ovitsky and Veronica Twardoski Ovitsky; his wife Judith F. Ovitsky; his siblings, Felix, Pauline, Anthony, Lottie, Michael, Edward, William, Victoria and Martin; and his goddaughter Paula Keefer Torcaso.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer (Michael Barrick) and Jodi (Matthew Gross); and his grandchildren, Joseph, Madelynn Barrick, Aydan, Austyn Gross, Lily, Bella, Waylon, Fleury, Ranger and Roxy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
