He was predeceased by: his parents, Metro Koval and Marie Kors Koval; and his siblings, William and Mary Ann Koval. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mientus Koval; his children, Stephen Koval, Karen Koval (Matt Mulvihill) and Mark Koval (Angela); and his grandchildren, Alex, Megan and Ryan Koval.
