He was predeceased by: his father David George Baker Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Stouffer Baker; his siblings, David Baker, Lori Booher and Donald Baker; and his nephews, Brandan Baker, Justin Basinger, Isaac Baker, Shelbie Baker, Benjamin Baker and Jaxon Baker.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association in loving memory of Daniel G. Baker.
